Saw Ler Say

Early Life & Education

Saw Ler Say was born on 6th August 1973 at Kama Maung (Ohn Daw) Pha Pun Township. His father is U Jackson and his mother is Daw Lawrie. He went to Ohn Daw Primary School in 1981 to started his schooling. Then he attended Ohn Daw Junior Bible School in 1986. He went to Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary and attended Grade 9 in 1991- 1992 school year. In 1991- 1992 he went back to Ohn Daw Junion Bible Seminary for his Division High School Certificate Examnation. Then he continued his college education at Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary in 1993. He got his (BA Rel) degree from Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary on 8th March 1998.

                He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and Baptized on August 1986 by Pastor Elijah Bwint at Ohn Daw Church. He married Naw Cherry on 24th April 2001at Laypota Church in Pha Pun Township. He has three children :

                1. Naw Si Si Say

                2. Saw Ler Shee

                3. Naw Lydia Say

Carreer/Ministry

                In 1998 – 2001 He served the Lord as teacher at Laypota Adventist School. And then in 2002 – 2003 He transferred to Thukabee Adventist School as teacher. Then he transferred to South East Mission Head Quarter as cashier from 2003 to March 2006. He continued to work as treasurer of South East Adventist Seminary from April 2006 – March 2016. From 2016 – 2021 he served the Lord as treasurer of South East Mission in Mawlamyaing in Mon State.

Legacy

                He worked hand in hand with the Mission President in Chuch organized programs and Church dedications.

                He worked together with the Mission President in giving training and seminars in the Mission Field.
